Still, what do you think? Is this something that you would play? Does it look scary? What other FNaF clones have you heard of or played? Markiplier mentioned that this might have something to do with a CreepyPasta, but, I have yet to find anything on the internet to back up this theory. In 1988, Wario and Waluigi had recently opened up a small cafe called "Wario's", the two had a small budget, and things went well until the two decided to use the money they earned from the cafe to invest in building a fast food factory. Still, I can’t knock them until I try them…and if you want to play the game for yourself, I have provided the link at the very top of the page. I think the character models are scary and the scenery is pretty eerie even if the story and the rest of the game come up a bit short. Naturally, just like with Slenderman, FNaF has paved the way for a whole new set of games that will be considered ‘clones’, and it has practically made its own ‘genre’ in the horror gaming industry, thus, I can see more and more games like this coming out over a short span of time.
the only reason why “Five Nights at Treasure Island” did so well is because it was based off of a very scary CreepyPasta that people had read and could relate to. Personally myself, I see this game as interesting even if it is not scary in any way. There are some scary parts in the game, and it’s really awesome that every enemy has their own kill animation and sound…but people complain that you just cannot get into the game, there is not enough atmosphere…and a common complaint is that people cannot stand to listen to the Phone Guy every night else they quickly lose interest in the game. Having watched a few people play this game, I can see that the fan-base for this is not very…good? Already, people are getting tired of all the different FNaF clones, and because this game did not have a very scary story to begin with, people tend to get bored with its slow pace pretty quickly. there is something of a storyline here revealed via the Phone Guy that calls you every night…if you can really stand to listen to him. It’s all about strategy and conserving energy while avoiding the bad guys and trying to make it to 6am. There are a multitude of enemies in this game that float about from screen-to-screen…all ranging from the first two characters (demon Wario and Waluigi) to a ghostly Luigi, a possessed Peach, and a demon Mario that eventually starts popping up on your computer screen. you are in a small office space with a door to your left, and the only difference is that there is a window to your right. The gameplay is very similar to the first FNaF game where you have a limited battery supply which powers your camera, powers the lights which check your blind spots, and it also powers the doors.
At first, everything seems alright…your employer says you have nothing to worry about…but then, weird things start happening. The factory was shut down, nothing was ever found out about this mysterious disappearance, and then later, another company bought the factory and decided to get it running again…and that’s where you come in.īecause the factory is very old, your job as a night security guard is to not only look for intruders, but, you also need to make sure that all the machines are running properly, and report any glitches back to your employer. The factory was doing very well until one day, Wario and Waluigi went missing, as did the rest of their employees. Some are more comedy and troll-based, and others legitimately try and be scary.įive Nights at Wario’s follows the story of the infamous dark-brothers in the effort to create a Fast Food Factory.
The closer it gets to the release of FNaF 3, the more and more clones are appearing on the internet.
